At AVProSupply, we ensure that every product you purchase from us meets the highest quality standards. All the products we sell are brand new unless otherwise specified and come with their full manufacturer’s warranty.

WARRANTY COVERAGE

 

Manufacturer’s Warranty

  • All products carry the full warranty provided by the manufacturer.
  • Products are not covered for damage caused by abuse, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or use beyond their intended purpose

Defective Products

If a product is found defective upon arrival, we will replace it at no charge as quickly as possible.

Shipping Damage

  • If a product is damaged during shipping, we will replace it at no cost once the issue is confirmed.
  • We insure all shipments and will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the claim.

Lost Shipments

If a product is lost during shipping and does not arrive, we will send a replacement only after the shipping company completes a full investigation and confirms the loss.

Product Failures During Warranty Period

  • If a product fails within the warranty period, it must be returned either to us or directly to the manufacturer for repair or replacement.
  • The customer is responsible for all shipping costs involved in returning the product.

HOW TO FILE A WARRANTY CLAIM

2. Shipping Instructions

  • If a return is necessary, you will receive instructions on where to send the product.
  • Ensure the product is packaged securely to prevent further damage during transit.

3. Inspection and Resolution

  • Once the product is received, it will be inspected to confirm the issue.
  • If covered under warranty, the product will be repaired or replaced and shipped back to you promptly.

ADDITIONAL NOTES

 
  • Warranty does not cover cosmetic damage, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by improper installation.
  • Replacement products may take additional processing time depending on availability.
  • For faster resolution, ensure you retain all original packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase.
