FREE GROUND SHIPPING
We offer free ground shipping on qualifying purchases of $300 or more within the contiguous United States, applicable to certain brands and products. Simply select the “Free Ground Shipping (UPS/FedEx/USPS)” option during checkout.
SHIPPING OPTIONS
1. UPS/FedEx Ground
- Delivery Time: 2–7 business days, depending on the destination.
- Includes real-time tracking for your convenience.
- Note: UPS Ground does not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
2. USPS Priority Mail / USPS Express Mail
- Delivery Confirmation Number: All USPS shipments include a delivery confirmation number.
- Difference Between Tracking Options: UPS offers continuous tracking updates, while USPS updates delivery confirmation only when the package passes through major facilities or is delivered.
3. UPS/FedEx Air (Overnight, 2nd Day, 3-Day Select)
- Guaranteed Delivery Times: Ideal for urgent or scheduled shipments.
- Tracking Information: Air shipments come with real-time tracking updates.
- AVProSupply may optimize air shipment methods to reduce delivery time.
- For multiple expedited items or custom delivery requirements, contact Customer Service for assistance.
4. International Shipping
- Shipping is available worldwide via USPS and UPS.
- Multiple shipping options and rates can be selected at checkout. Customers are responsible for any VAT or customs fees.
ORDER FULFILLMENT AND LOCAL PICK-UP
Order Processing:
Most items ship directly from our California warehouse within 24 hours (Monday–Friday).
Will-Call Pick-Up:
- By Appointment Only: Schedule your pick-up by contacting Customer Service.
- Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM PST.

- Business Days Only: Delivery times include only Monday–Friday business days and exclude weekends and holidays.
- Territory Exceptions: For shipments to Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, and Guam, UPS Ground is not available. Please select USPS or UPS Air shipping methods.
