30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE
- If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund. This policy applies to most products we sell, except for the following:
- TVs and monitors 20″ and larger
- Special Order merchandise
- Items indicated as non-returnable on our website
2. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required before returning any item.
REFUNDS
- Refunds will be issued in the same payment method used for the original purchase.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your account will be credited within 3–6 business days.
EXCHANGES
If you request an exchange, please allow 3–5 business days for the replacement item to be processed once we receive the returned item.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

- Items marked as non-returnable on our website
CONDITION POLICY FOR RETURNS
To qualify for a return:
- Products must be unopened, unused, and in brand-new condition.
- All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and blank warranty cards must be included.
- The UPC code must remain intact.
Returns not meeting these conditions may:
- Be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Be refused and returned at the customer’s expense.
Packaging Requirements:
- Items must be shipped in a double box to prevent damage during transit.
- Any damage caused by the customer or improper packaging will void the return and result in the item being shipped back at the customer’s expense.
CLAIMS FOR MISSING OR DAMAGED ITEMS
- Claims for missing or damaged items must be reported within 3 business days of receiving the shipment.
- Defective items returned within 30 days may be repaired, exchanged, or refunded at our discretion.
OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Return Window: All returns must be received within 30 days of the RMA issuance. Items received after this period will be returned at the customer’s expense.
- Manufacturer’s Box: Returned products must include the original manufacturer’s box and all peripherals. Missing components may result in restocking fees.
- Unauthorized Returns: Returns without an RMA number or those marked as refused shipments are subject to a 15% restocking fee or may be refused.
- Manufacturer Restrictions: Certain products may not be eligible for return due to manufacturer policies.
- Credit Inquiries: Customers must notify us within 30 days of their return authorization date if a credit has not been received. A signed proof of delivery is required for investigation. Requests beyond 30 days may forfeit credit eligibility.

Step 2: Prepare Your Item for Return
- Place the item in its original manufacturer’s packaging.
- Put the packaging into a shipping box, and clearly write the RMA number on the shipping box.
- Do NOT place stickers or labels directly on the manufacturer’s packaging.
Step 3: Ship Your Order
- Use a trusted shipping courier (UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc.) and select an insured service with a tracking number.
- Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility. AVProSupply is not liable for lost or damaged packages.
