Description
The AT-HDR-EX-100CEA-RX is a compact HDBaseT receiver designed to extend 4K HDR signals to remote displays. It receives HDMI video, audio, Ethernet and control over Category cable up to 330ft (100m). The receiver supports HDR formats and preserves full chroma and color depth for accurate image reproduction.
The unit supports 4K/UHD at 60 Hz with 4:4:4 chroma sampling and HDR10, HLG and Dolby Vision. It uses visually lossless compression with no added latency to maintain frame accuracy for high-bandwidth sources. HDCP 2.2 compliance ensures protected content passes correctly to connected displays.
Video performance includes a 600 MHz pixel clock, color depths up to 12-bit, YUV and RGB color spaces and chroma sampling options of 4:4:4, 4:2:2 and 4:2:0. Audio pass-through supports multichannel formats including LPCM, Dolby Digital, Dolby TrueHD, Dolby Atmos, DTS and DTS-HD Master Audio. Sample rates up to 192 kHz and bit depths up to 24 bits are supported for high-resolution audio systems.
Connectivity features include an HDBaseT input, HDMI output, optical TOSLINK input, RS-232/IR captive screw port, LAN RJ45 and a mini-USB utility port for firmware updates. The receiver accepts power over HDBaseT from compatible 48V transmitters so it can be mounted behind a display or in furniture without a local power source. Front panel LEDs indicate power and link status for rapid troubleshooting.
Common applications include digital signage, conference rooms and lecture halls where remote displays require 4K HDR content and centralized control. The receiver pairs with Atlona AT-HDR-CAT distribution amplifiers and matrix switchers to deliver reliable system-wide extension. Bidirectional RS-232 and IR pass-through maintains control of source and display devices from the control room or equipment rack.
Installation is simplified by a compact metal enclosure and rear-panel connectors that reduce cable clutter. Operating temperature and humidity ranges support professional AV environments and the unit meets CE and FCC requirements. Firmware update capability via the mini-USB port helps ensure long-term interoperability and support.
