NEW AI FEATURES, SAME GREAT DESIGN
Outside, the IRW3 version of this Max Series E40F camera stays a compact 4.1″ round and less than 3.7″ high. Its sealed metal “cam ball” continues to bring IP67 weather resistance. But inside, IC Realtime’s next-generation of FlexSmartAi detection features have been added. Our new AI-enhanced Intelligent Motion Detection (iMD 2.0) lets the E40F add a new stream beyond the camera’s incredible video feed. The camera now discerns & streams frame-by-frame image metadata. When recorded by an IC Realtime AI NVR equipped with our “select & click” multi-channel Object Search, this metadata lets the NVR find your selection on every channel equipped with an IC Realtime’s iMD 2.0 AI camera.

Inside iPMX-E40F’S weatherproof cam ball, and behind its 102°H x 54°V FOV lens, our latest 4MP QHD Starlight video chipset streams color down to .005 lux, backed up by 164 ft. of SmartIRs for sharp grayscale night vision. The camera’s AI & metadata capabilities extend beyond video detection because E40F’s sensitive built-in microphone is not just for audio recording; it can be used as an audio trigger for intrusion alerts. And the E40F can be powered by 12VDC where 7.9 watts of PoE power is unavailable. There are even color-matched, screwdriver-fit junction boxes, a “porchlight-style” wall mount, and base adapter plate options for faster & cleaner installations.

AI SSA uses deep learning algorithms that adapt for the best possible video streams in rain, fog, backlight, low light, or where lighting conditions are constantly changing. The AI scans each frame and automatically adjusts parameters. It’s like having a camera tech on site 24/7 – every stream is automatically at max clarity.

IPMX-E40F also has 3 output streams with widely customizable resolution, frame rate, and compression output settings. The camera is among our most adaptable with ONVIF Profile S, G & T, P2P, and CGI compatibility so it works with virtually all VMS systems and 3rd party recorders. When used with an IC Realtime AI NVR, the camera can engage a Smart or AI H.264/265 scene-adaptive compression scheme for maximum streaming speeds & maximum NVR storage capacity, and it has an internal 256 GB SD card slot for local recording or ANR buffering.
