Description
The PTC-600 is a 4K PTZ camera designed to capture high-resolution video with precision and reliability. It delivers 4K UHD output and a 30x optical zoom to ensure clear imaging of distant subjects. The camera is built for live production environments that require smooth motion and consistent image quality.
Key features include next-generation AI natural tracking, a Sony 1/1.8″ CMOS sensor, and 10-bit 4:2:2 image processing. The AI tracking provides smooth pan, tilt, and zoom adjustments to maintain natural framing without manual operation. The large sensor and 10-bit processing help preserve color fidelity and detailed gradients across a range of lighting conditions.
Technical performance includes 30x optical zoom with an effective 31.06x zoom ratio, a minimum illumination of 0.5 lux, and an electronic shutter range from 1/30s to 1/10000s. The camera supports HDMI 2.0 UHD output and 3G-SDI output for broadcast workflows. It also provides advanced noise reduction with 2D/3D options and multiple focus modes including auto and one-push focus.
Connectivity is comprehensive, featuring HDMI 2.0, 3G-SDI, USB-C UVC output, and a Gigabit RJ45 port supporting NDI|HX3 and PoE++ (IEEE 802.3bt). Audio integration includes two XLR line inputs and a 3.5mm mic input. Control options include VISCA over IP, Pelco, DVIP, ONVIF, RS-422, and NDI enabling integration with third-party control systems.
The PTC-600 is suited to lecture halls, performance venues, corporate presentations, houses of worship, and broadcast studios. AI auto-tracking and tally indicators make it effective for single-operator or unattended productions. Dual-stream network output and RTSP/RTMPS support enable simultaneous distribution to multiple CDNs or recording systems.
Installation is simplified by PoE++ support which supplies up to 90 watts over a single Ethernet cable for power, video, audio, tally, and control. The camera housing and pan-tilt head are engineered for near-silent operation and precise movement across a 340° pan and -20° to +105° tilt range. Firmware updates can be applied via Web UI or USB-C to keep systems current and secure.
