The EVF-1122D/94-FGB is a fully weatherized, two-way point-source loudspeaker engineered for outdoor and exposed installations. It combines a 12 in low-frequency transducer and a 3 in titanium compression driver mounted on a constant-directivity horn to deliver clear vocal reproduction and controlled coverage. The enclosure is fiberglass-coated over weather-resistant birch plywood to withstand direct sun, rain, fog, and snow.

Key features include a DH7N 3 in titanium compression driver, a DVX3121A 12 in FEA-optimized woofer, and a rotatable 12 in x 12 in constant-directivity horn providing 90 x 40 nominal coverage. The integrated 4th-order crossover at 1300 Hz uses 24 dB/octave slopes and includes HF protection and a dynamic protection circuit for long-term reliability. Switchable bi-amp or passive operation and an externally accessible jumper make system configuration straightforward.

Performance specifications support demanding reinforcement needs with a frequency response suitable for speech and music, high sensitivity, and a calculated maximum SPL of 131 dB at 1 meter. System power handling is specified as 600 W continuous and 2400 W peak. Nominal impedance in passive mode is 8 ohms and the recommended high-pass frequency is 65 Hz to protect low-frequency components during full-range use.

Connectivity is provided via dual four-pin 10 AWG Phoenix/Euro Block screw-terminals with a CDG dual-gland-nut input panel cover included for weatherizing. An externally accessible jumper allows selection between passive and active operation. An optional 70.7/100 V transformer kit can be mounted to the input panel for distributed systems when required.

The enclosure and hardware are designed for reliability in harsh environments – ANSI/IEC 60529 IP55 rating, stainless steel grille and fasteners, hydrophobic cloth protection behind the grille, and fiberglass finish over 13-ply birch plywood. The trapezoidal shape and integrated rigging points allow vertical or horizontal arrays using EVF and EVH series models and optional flying hardware for fixed installations.

Installation is simplified by multiple M10 suspension points and a compact footprint that supports flexible mounting and array design. External switches and Phoenix-style connectors facilitate system integration and weatherproofing.
