Description
The SCBLN11CL USB-C to USB-C adapting cable consolidates network, power delivery and USB peripheral connectivity in a single 3ft cable. It is designed to simplify connections between USB-C hosts and KVM or docking solutions that accept LAN plus Type-C inputs. This compact cable reduces cable clutter and accelerates setup in workstations and AV installations.
The cable integrates LAN support and USB HID pass-through alongside USB-C Power Delivery. The charging path is PD 2.0 compliant and supports up to 100W to power laptops or provide host charging. Network capability is 100MB Ethernet to maintain basic wired connectivity for management and networked peripherals.
Technical design prioritizes compatibility and straightforward performance – there is no video output on this model. USB data for keyboard, mouse and basic peripherals is provided at USB 2.0 class levels where applicable. The cable length for the USB-C lead is 3ft and the physical enclosure measures 129.5 x 65.4 x 17 mm for the adapter section.
Connectivity consists of LAN plus Type-C on the host side and a Type-C connector on the device end. The adapter is compatible with hosts that present USB-C alt modes and Power Delivery negotiation but does not provide DisplayPort video on this variant. Network and USB peripheral signals are passed to compatible KVM or docking inputs that accept LAN + Type-C.
Common applications include secure workstation setups that require a single-cable connection for power and network, AV control stations integrating KVMs, and service desks where quick host swaps are needed. The cable is suited for integration into AV racks and desks where a short, reliable link is required. It is not intended to replace solutions that require native video outputs from the cable itself.
Installation is plug-and-play with standard USB-C insertion and PD negotiation. The adapter is built to commercial environmental tolerances and ships with a two year warranty and an expected product life-cycle of 10 years. The construction supports operating temperatures from 0C to 40C and storage from -20C to 60C for consistent field reliability.
