The RTS TR-800 is a two-channel UHF wireless beltpack designed as a user station for professional intercom systems. It provides clear voice communication and channel selection for stage and broadcast environments. The unit operates in E88/UHF frequency bands and pairs with BTR-800 base stations.
Key features include an auto-sensing A4M headset jack that switches between electret and dynamic microphones, individual volume controls for each channel, and a graphical LCD user interface. The beltpack supports stage announce and wireless talk-around functions for local monitoring. Detachable antennas and enhanced ClearScan improve RF management and channel selection.
Performance-wise the TR-800 offers a frequency response of 300 Hz to 8 kHz and low distortion at full deviation.
