The ALP 600M is a telescoping four-section aluminum antenna mast designed to support UHF log periodic antennas. It provides a lightweight, corrosion-resistant mount that extends to a substantial height while collapsing for compact transport. The mast is clear anodized for long-term exterior use and includes captive sections for secure operation.

Key features include four captive sections, cast black bushings, and a manual locking knob on each bushing for secure positioning. The mast’s construction uses clear anodized aluminum to balance strength and weight for field deployment. Each section is engineered to slide smoothly and lock in place for reliable antenna placement.

Technical specifications include individual section diameters and lengths that stack to an overall extended length of 90.25 in and a closed length of 25.25 in. Section diameters reduce from the base to the tip to accept typical antenna mounts and minimize wind loading at the top. The mast is compatible with ALP-600 UHF bi-directional log periodic antennas and maintains straightness and rigidity when fully extended.

Connectivity and compatibility are straightforward – antennas intended for the ALP-600 mounting interface can be fastened to the top section once extended. The mast does not incorporate electrical connections or feeds and functions purely as a mechanical support.
