The WM-1000 is a single-channel wall plate headset station designed for professional intercom systems. It provides listen, call, and talk controls in a compact wall-mount form factor. The station supports both balanced and unbalanced dynamic microphones for flexible headset compatibility.
The unit features selectable momentary or latching modes for both listen and talk keys, plus a dedicated call key for channel signaling. A mic kill receive function allows remote master stations to disable the talk key when required. Configuration DIP switches let you enable call beep, select microphone type, and enable DC call signaling.
Physically the WM-1000 mounts to any standard two-gang electrical box and is supplied as a black wall plate. Headset connection is via a 4-pin male XLR that accepts monaural headphones and balanced or unbalanced dynamic microphones. Sidetone trimmers are provided to adjust the operator’s own voice level in the headphones.
Connectivity is handled through a terminal block that carries the intercom channel and an optional local power supply connection. An Audiocom/Clear-Com selector switch ensures compatibility with either channel pin-outs, power requirements, and call signaling schemes. External system compatibility is preserved while allowing local power if needed.
