The TR-82N-HER is a compact two-channel UHF beltpack designed to support professional intercom and production workflows. It provides dual-listen capability so the operator can monitor two independent channels simultaneously. The unit pairs with the BTR-80N receiver and puts production-grade monitoring and talk features into a rugged portable package.

Key features include dual-channel Narrow-Band UHF operation, an LCD graphical user interface, and dedicated controls for on/off and channel volume. The beltpack includes a receiver RF meter, talk button and talk light for clear user feedback. Additional functions such as stage announce and wireless talk around improve on-stage coordination.

Technically the TR-82N-HER operates as a frequency-agile UHF beltpack with two selectable channels and enhanced ClearScan to simplify frequency management. Power is supplied by six AA cells with optional NiMH use and the unit is rated for operation from -20°C to 55°C. The enclosure is an all-metal cast magnesium case that provides durable protection in touring and broadcast environments.

Connectivity supports an auto-sensing headset connector that switches automatically between electret and dynamic headset microphones. Antennas are detachable to ease transport and to allow optimized RF placement in the field. Compatibility is centered on the RTS BTR-80N receiver family and standard UHF intercom deployments.

The TR-82N-HER is well suited to live production, theater, broadcast, and event staging where clear two-channel monitoring and easy talk control are required.
