Description
The ADDERLink INFINITY 102T HDMI transmitter is a zeroU rack space transmitter designed to deliver pixel-perfect digital video and remote USB control. It provides lossless spatial encoding and 1:1 pixel mapping to ensure the remote video is identical to the source. The unit targets environments that require accurate color reproduction and artifact-free transmission.
Key features include HDMI video at up to 2560 x 1600 at 60Hz, USB 2.0 true emulation for HID and mass storage control, and support for dithered video sources. The transmitter supports bi-directional USB stereo audio and embedded HDMI audio 2 channel linear PCM. EDID management ensures the monitor characteristics are reported back to the host automatically.
Performance supports 8 bpc colour depth at full 60Hz frame rate and operates over a 1GbE link for consistent bandwidth. Cable runs use CAT5e or better up to 100m / 328ft with no 10/100 fall-back. Mean time between failures is specified at 1,200,000 hours based on Telcordia SR332 calculations.
Connectivity includes one HDMI input, two USB A ports with true emulation and full/low/high speed support, and a single RJ45 link port. The device is USB powered using two USB2.0 supplies or can be powered from an external 5VDC 1A supply. It is compatible with all known operating systems and allows the disabling of non-HID USB devices for secure deployments.
Typical applications include remote server access in data centers, control rooms requiring pixel-accurate video, broadcast monitoring, and creative workstations that use tablets, jog shuttles or 3D controllers. The transmitter handles dithered video sources commonly produced by some graphics systems. Its digital audio and USB forwarding capabilities support integrated AV and control workflows.
Installation is plug and play with zero configuration required and no drivers to install. The ZeroU form factor and lightweight ABS and aluminium construction simplify rack and shelf deployment in populated server rooms. The unit meets global approvals and standards and operates across 0 to 50 C ambient conditions for reliable field use.
