The CM62-BGM-II-US-BK is an in-ceiling background music speaker engineered to deliver clear midrange and extended bass for commercial environments. It employs a dedicated low-frequency driver and a silk dome high-frequency element to reproduce music and paging with clarity. The model meets Buy American Act requirements, making it suitable for projects requiring domestic manufacture.

Key features include BroadBeam Ring technology for wide, even dispersion and a tuned baffle port that extends bass response down to 64 Hz at -10 dB. The speaker provides a six-position tap selector for 25 / 70.7 / 100-volt transformer settings plus a transformer bypass option for direct low-impedance operation. A painted steel magnetic seamless grille provides a clean finish while permitting quick service access.
