Description

The WS Retrofit for 5in touch panels is a nearly flush in-wall adapter designed to mount 5 inch capacitive touch displays with a low-profile appearance. It provides a clean aesthetic by reducing bezel protrusion to approximately 4mm. The product secures the panel while allowing easy insertion and removal.

Key features include a nearly flush on-wall bezel, integrated depth calibration screws in the wall mount, and adaptable board thickness support. The adapter accepts board thicknesses from 10mm to 21mm and supports reconfiguration for boards up to 32mm by repositioning cam latches. The bezel is available painted black, painted white, or unpainted.

Technical construction uses moisture resistant MDF compliant with TSCA Title VI for dimensional stability in interior environments. The adapter overall dimensions are 132.6mm wide by 181mm high by 48mm deep and the kit weight is 0.6Kg. Hardware supplied includes flat M3x12 screws, M3 nuts, a wall adapter, bezel, and touch panel adapter to simplify installation.

Connectivity and compatibility are handled through the mounting interface rather than electrical connectors – the retrofit bezel accommodates existing touch panel wiring and connectors behind the mounted unit.
