Description
The VE802 is an HDMI HDBaseT-Lite Extender that distributes
an HDBaseT signal up to a distance of 70 m from the HDBaseT
source utilizing one Cat 5e/6/6a cable. The VE802 allows RS-
232 and IR signaling passthrough, enabling the user to
control the HDMI source unit from the remote unit (VE802R)
while also giving access to the HDMI display unit from the
local device (VE802T). You can also extend IR signals in both
directions. The VE802 also features POH which can extend
power over Cat 5e/6/6a cable with no additional power supply.
The Extender is compliant with HDMI (3D, Deep Color, 4k) and
HDCP. The unit is ideal for a digital entertainment center or
any installation that needs superior video quality.
