The DXE-CAT-RX2 is one of Aurora’s expanding Digital Xtreme Series, and it’s also one
of the new HDBaseT CAT extenders. The device’s robust design is user-friendly and
distinct. It features one-sided connections for LAN, HDMI, Control and Power
providing
uncluttered wire management and rack-mounting solution.
The system can be powered using the Patents Pending design via PoE or AC adapter from
both sides! Through a single CAT 5e/6/7 cable, the DXE-CAT-RX2 can transmit
1080p@60Hz with 48bit color depth up to 330 feet with bi-directional RS-232, and IR
and LAN up to a distance of 600 feet via CAT 6a shielded cable at 24bit color depth.
