Description
The CE680 from Aten is a DVI Optical KVM Extender which
overcomes length restrictions of original DVI cables by
utilizing fiber optics to extend HD video. It also
distributes control signals via longer distances. The CE680
can extend KVM DVI signals up to 600 m distance from the
source. The System takes video/audio streams from the local
source and serializes the data to transmit it over one single
3.125 Gbps optical link. It allows resolutions up to 1920 x
1200 @ 60Hz, 24-bits, with perfect picture quality.
