Description
The TITAN Luma 37000 WU is a compact high-brightness 3-chip DLP projector designed for demanding commercial and rental applications. It delivers laser illumination and advanced imaging in a chassis that is significantly smaller than previous TITAN models. The unit supports WUXGA and native 4K-UHD workflows and adheres to REC.709 color fidelity.
Key features include an industry-grade laser light source, multi-resolution processing for 4K-UHD and WUXGA, and support for HDR processing. The projector offers HDR processing and both sequential and dual-pipe 3D workflows via HDMI 1.4b inputs. It also provides DMX Art-Net and DICOM simulation for specialized visual applications.
Performance specifications include selectable contrast up to 2000:1, constant brightness control, and a laser light source rated for 20,000 hours. Video processing supports DisplayPort 1.2, HDMI 2.0b with HDCP 2.2 and HDMI 1.4b for dual-pipe 3D. The system is capable of handling 4K-UHD 3840 x 2160 at 60Hz and WUXGA at up to 120Hz in supported modes.
Connectivity is extensive with DisplayPort, multiple HDMI inputs, 3G-SDI I/O with loop-through, and an HDBaseT interface for transmission over CAT5e/6 up to 100m. Control options include LAN, RS-232, Crestron RoomView, AMX discovery and served web pages for status and configuration. The projector also supports edge blending, geometry correction and lens memory for precise multi-projector installations.
This projector is suited to large-venue presentation, simulation, immersive installations and fixed-install cinema where high brightness and color fidelity are required. It supports Picture-in-Picture and side-by-side inputs for multi-source presentations and offers professional-grade 3D modes for simulation or themed environments. The compact footprint and drop-in lens compatibility make it a straightforward upgrade for aging high-lumen systems.
Installation and serviceability are simplified by motorised lens shift, zoom and focus and intelligent lens memory with 10 user-definable presets. The chassis supports multiple mounting orientations and selectable EDID and startup logo options for system integration. Overall build quality emphasizes long-term operation with network monitoring, scheduled automation and email alerts for proactive maintenance.
