Description
The TITAN Laser 47000 WU is a high-output laser phosphor projector designed for large-venue projection where brightness and image integrity are essential. It delivers up to 47000 lumens and supports native WUXGA display with 4K-UHD input scaling. The sealed, filterless light engine and extended illumination life make it suitable for continuous operation.
Key features include Laser Phosphor illumination with ColorBoost plus Red Laser, up to 18000:1 contrast, and a sealed optics path to reduce maintenance. The engine supports 10-bit colour processing and HDR, while dual-pipe processing enables robust 3D workflows. Multiple geometry and warp tools plus edge blending accommodate complex projection surfaces.
Technically the projector uses 3 x 0.96″ WUXGA DMD devices with an aspect ratio of 16:10 and an 87% fill factor. It accepts 4K 4096 x 2160 inputs which are scaled to WUXGA, supports HDMI 2.0 and DisplayPort 1.2 with HDCP 2.2, and provides a measured illumination lifetime of 20,000 hours in normal mode and 40,000 hours in ECO mode. Colour temperature is adjustable from 3200K to 9300K and contrast is specified at 18000:1.
Connectivity is comprehensive with dual DisplayPort 1.2a, dual HDMI 2.0b, 12G-SDI in/out, HDBaseT/LAN, Ethernet 100BaseT, RS-232 and wired remote options. Control and automation features include web-based control, scheduled on/off, e-mail alerts, Crestron and PJLink compatibility, and DMX Art-Net support. The projector also includes 3D sync BNC ports and USB 5V 2A for accessories.
Typical applications include large auditoria, performing arts centres, visitor attractions, houses of worship and rental and staging where sustained brightness and low maintenance are priorities. The sealed light engine and extended life reduce downtime and service costs, while lens memory and extensive geometry tools simplify alignment across multiple installations. HDR support and precise colour controls deliver improved image realism for both live events and fixed installations.
Installation is simplified by motorised lens shift, zoom and focus, intelligent lens memory for up to 10 presets, four eyebolts for rigging and top stacking mounts. The chassis is compact for its class and includes thermal and noise optimizations to reduce operational impact. Overall the TITAN Laser 47000 WU combines high lumen output, sealed optics and broad connectivity to deliver dependable projection performance in demanding AV environments.
