Description
The M-Vision 27000 WU is a single-chip laser-phosphor projector engineered to deliver very high brightness and colour fidelity in challenging lighting conditions. It outputs 27,000 ISO lumens (24,000 ANSI) and uses ColorBoost+Red Laser technology to produce saturated, realistic colours at high luminance levels. The projector is sealed IP6X and filterless for stable long-term performance in demanding venues.
Key features include a native WUXGA 1920 x 1200 DMD, a 10,000:1 dynamic contrast ratio, sealed optics and a sealed light engine to protect image quality. The product supports HDR, 10-bit processing and accepts 12G-SDI and HDMI 2.0 inputs along with HDBaseT connectivity for long-distance signal delivery. A choice of motorised lenses including a 0.38:1 UST and wide zoom range makes installation flexible.
Technically the M-Vision 27000 WU uses a 0.96″ DarkChip 3 DMD and a Blue + Red laser illumination system rated for approximately 20,000 hours typical life. It supports 4K input formats up to 4096 x 2160 and offers 10-bit colour processing for improved tonal gradation. Dual-pipe processing and support for multiple 3D formats are included for advanced video workflows.
Connectivity is comprehensive with DisplayPort 1.2, HDMI 2.0, HDBaseT, single-link 12G-SDI input and loop-through output, plus an array of control ports including Ethernet/Art-Net, RS232 and wired remote. Input redundancy and brightnes sync features provide reliability for live events. On-board Projector Control II software enables network monitoring and group management.
Typical applications include large venue staging, rental and production, museum and simulation environments and corporate auditoriums where high ambient light or very large screen sizes are required. The sealed optical path and liquid-cooled radiator heat exchanger support 24/7 operation and reduce maintenance. ColorBoost+Red Laser processing narrows the gap to multi-chip systems for colour-critical projection at high brightness.
Installation is simplified by motorised lens memory, wide lens-shift ranges and SmartStack mechanical stacking. The chassis supports multiple orientations and includes rigging points and stacking mounts. Thermal management keeps acoustic levels modest for this class of projector while delivering consistent brightness.
