Description

The Quantum ES 4 is a 4-in / 4-out USB-C audio interface designed to capture professional quality recordings in home and project studios. It provides 24-bit 192 kHz conversion and low-latency performance for tracking, overdubs, and stereo mixes. The interface includes a perpetual license for Studio One Pro to get you recording immediately.

At its core are four all-new MAX-HD mic preamps offering up to 75 dB of gain for clean microphone capture and low noise. Front-facing instrument inputs were co-developed with Fender engineers to provide optimized impedance and feel for guitar and bass. An Auto Gain function and illuminated push encoder simplify gain staging and monitoring during sessions.

Technical performance includes 24-bit audio depth and a wide digital dynamic range with supported sample rates up to 192 kHz. Line and headphone outputs deliver flat frequency response and low distortion across the audible band. Headphone outputs and balanced main outputs provide professional metering and consistent levels for mixing and monitoring.

Connectivity is centered on a USB-C port with custom low-latency drivers and low-noise converters for minimal round-trip latency. Inputs include XLR combo connectors and dedicated instrument jacks, while outputs include balanced 1/4″ TRS main outs and two 1/4″ TRS headphone outputs. Universal Control and Studio One Pro integration allow remote preamp control and metering from desktop, tablet, or mobile devices.

Typical use cases include multi-mic tracking, direct guitar or bass recording, editing and mixing, and content creation for streaming or podcasting. The interface supports high-resolution recording for detailed capture of acoustic instruments and vocals.
