The CS1144D4C is a secure 4-port USB DVI dual-display KVM switch designed to share a keyboard, mouse, dual DVI displays, speaker output and a Common Access Card reader across multiple isolated computer sources. It enforces strict peripheral and data isolation to prevent unauthorized data flow when switching between systems. The unit is PSD PP v4.0 compliant and built to meet rigorous security requirements used in classified environments.
Key protections include always-on chassis intrusion detection, tamper-evident labels, non-reprogrammable firmware and configurable device filtration to accept or reject specific authentication or HID devices. Port switching is limited to front-panel pushbuttons or an optional Remote Port Selector to reduce remote attack surfaces. Audio filtration and unidirectional data flow ensure no cross-system leakage of keyboard, mouse or audio data.
Video performance supports up to 3840 x 2160 at 30 Hz on compatible HDMI-interfaced monitors using DVI-to-HDMI cabling and offers DVI dual-link and single-link fallback resolutions. Keyboard and mouse use USB emulation and all HID data is purged automatically when port focus is switched. Power input accepts 100 to 240V AC and typical power consumption is approximately 10.7W at 110V.
Connectivity includes two console DVI-I ports, two console USB Type-A ports, one front-panel analog speaker input, four CAC-enabled USB Type-A ports, eight DVI-I computer ports and eight USB Type-B computer ports. A rear RJ-11 connector supports an optional Remote Port Selector accessory. LED indicators display power, port selection and CAC port status for clear operational feedback.
