The VS1824KIT is a multi-output HDMI distribution system designed to deliver a single HDMI source to multiple remote displays. It distributes 4K video at up to 30 Hz (4:4:4) over Cat 6 cable to displays located up to 40 m away. The product supports lossless digital audio formats to preserve original audio quality across the system.
Key features include 4K@30 Hz video support, Power over Cable (PoC) that powers remote receivers, and a local HDMI output for monitoring or cascading. The system supports LPCM 7.1CH, Dolby TrueHD, Dolby Digital Plus and DTS-HD Master Audio for full surround capability. A user-adjustable EDID switch lets integrators match resolution and audio capabilities across disparate displays.
Performance metrics include a 10.2 Gbps maximum data rate and a 340 MHz pixel clock that enable 4K video at 4:4:4 chroma sampling at modest distances. Typical reach is up to 40 m over Cat 6 for 4K signals and up to 50 m for 1080p depending on cabling. The system is HDCP 1.4 compliant and supports HDMI features including 3D and Deep Color.
Connectivity includes HDMI inputs and outputs, RJ-45 unit-to-unit links for extender connections, a local HDMI monitor output on the transmitter, DC power input on the transmitter, and IR control ports on both ends. The installer can remotely control the source device from the display side using the IR channel. Micro USB on the transmitter allows firmware upgrades if required.
Typical applications include meeting rooms, showrooms, retail displays, digital signage deployments and AV installations where a single source must be distributed to multiple remote screens. The solution is suited to scenarios that require long cable runs over structured Cat 6 cabling while preserving high-quality video and multichannel audio. Its IR remote pass-through supports centralized source control from remote zones.
The VS1824KIT is engineered for simple installation and operation. Receivers are compact and lightweight for mounting in tight spaces and the PoC design eliminates the need for local power at each receiver. Plug-and-play operation requires no special software and integrated ESD protection helps protect connected equipment during deployment.

Air shipments, Overnight, 2nd day and 3 day select methods offer guaranteed delivery time for your shipment. If you are in hurry or in need for the items on schedule, select one of these methods.
