The VIA CAMPUS2 is a wireless presentation and collaboration appliance designed to streamline classroom and meeting-room interactions. It enables users to share screens, edit documents, comment in real time, and record sessions. The system supports multi-user layouts and guest access to accelerate productive collaboration.
Key features include native 4K@30 HDMI and DisplayPort outputs, multi-screen display capability showing up to six sources on one display or 12 across two displays, and 1080p@60fps streaming via the VIA app. Mirroring is supported across iOS via AirPlay, Windows and Android via Miracast, and Chromebook devices. The device also runs third-party web applications and integrates common conferencing apps.
Performance highlights include a 4K@30 RGB HDMI output and a 4K@30 DisplayPort output, high-frame-rate multimedia streaming at 1080p@60fps, and internal recording of video and audio sessions to a local file. The device ships with a Windows 10 license and offers an optional Windows 11 upgrade. Internal cloud storage is provided for file sharing and content management.
Connectivity options cover multiple USB ports, HDMI and DisplayPort outputs, a Gigabit LAN port, audio in/out jacks, and antenna connectors for Wi-Fi. The VIA CAMPUS2 supports RTMP/RTMPS streaming to popular platforms like YouTube, Kaltura, and Panopto and can act as a Miracast receiver or create a guest Wi-Fi network when connected to the corporate LAN. Calendar integration and an internal web browser are included for quick access to resources.

It is optimized for video conferencing and can select room cameras and audio devices wirelessly using room device drivers. Digital signage capabilities allow displays to show scheduled content when rooms are idle, and whiteboard support facilitates interactive sessions.
Installation and daily use are straightforward thanks to an intuitive user interface, multilingual support, and compatibility with mainstream cloud storage services like Google Drive and OneDrive. Remote management is available via VIA Site Management (VSM). The unit is covered by a 3-year hardware warranty and is built to operate reliably in standard AV environments.
