The VIA CAMPUS2 PLUS is a networked presentation and collaboration appliance designed to simplify meeting room workflows and group collaboration. It enables wired and wireless presentation, screen sharing, recording and live streaming from laptops and mobile devices. The system is supplied with a Windows 10 license and offers an optional Windows 11 upgrade.
The device supports simultaneous wired HDMI and wireless connections and can display up to six participant screens on a single display and 12 across two displays. It streams video up to 4K@30 and supports 1080p@60 multimedia playback using the VIA app. The platform also supports iOS AirPlay, Windows and Android Miracast and Chromebook mirroring.
VIA Campus2 PLUS includes a built in isolated Wi Fi and Gigabit LAN interface and supports guest networks or Miracast reception via the internal Wi Fi. It records meetings to a local file and streams live content using RTMP or RTMPS to platforms such as YouTube. Internal storage and cloud file sharing provide 128GB of space for session files and resources.
Security and manageability features include automatic disconnect at session end, remote power control via a relay port, DHCP support and seamless integration with VIA Site Management. The device supports third party conferencing and office apps and can run web applications directly on the unit. Room calendar and digital signage functions are available to show schedules or content when rooms are idle.
Connectivity includes an HDMI wired input that accepts 4K@30 RGB signals, one HDMI 4K@30 output and one DisplayPort 4K@30 output, multiple USB ports and audio jacks. The system is optimized for video conferencing and has been validated with a wide range of USB cameras and audio devices. It supports streaming output to H.264 decoders and offers an integrated YouTube player for seamless video playback.
Installation is straightforward using standard AV and network cabling and the unit ships with two Wi Fi antennas and an HDMI cable extender. The enclosure and power design support continuous operation in typical room environments and Kramer provides a three year hardware warranty. For all shipments shipped via USPS, we offer 'DELIVERY CONFIRMATION' number with each package. Difference between tracking number provided by UPS vs USPS Delivery Confirmation number is: Delivery Confirmation status is updated when the delivery has been made or when the package has made it through major USPS stations.
Air Shipment
Air shipments, Overnight, 2nd day and 3 day select methods offer guaranteed delivery time for your shipment. If you are in hurry or in need for the items on schedule, select one of these methods. Up-to-date tracking information is provided with each Air Shipment. AVProSupply has the right to choose between Air shipments to meet or reduce delivery time. Most items ordered from AVProSupply will be shipped out from our California Warehouse. Will-Calls are only allowed with Appointment Only - Please call Customer Service to set one up between the hours of 9am to 6pm PST.
