The TX-SCL-HDMI is a 4K60Hz HDMI scaling output card designed to fit the MX-1616-SCL modular matrix – it provides HDMI output with integrated scaling and audio de-embed. It delivers seamless fast switching across inputs and outputs with minimal delay to maintain uninterrupted video presentation. The card supports HDR formats and balanced audio output for professional AV installations.
Each HDMI output includes a built-in 4K60 scaler that offers both automatic and manual scaling – this ensures each display receives the optimal resolution and format. The unit supports HDCP 2.2 and HDMI 2.0 signaling capable of up to 18Gbps bandwidth. De-embedded balanced audio outputs allow independent routing of audio from any HDMI input for AV system flexibility.
Performance supports video up to 4K@60Hz with chroma and bit-depth handling per connected devices and cables – detailed distance and resolution guidance is provided in the specs. The card supports HDR10, Dolby Vision, HLG and BT.2020 color spaces where sources and displays allow. Switching is specified to occur in under 50ms to avoid noticeable black frames during source changes.
Connectivity includes a single HDMI 2.0 input and an HDMI output plus a 5-pin balanced audio output for PCM 2.0 streams – the output pairs with WyreStorm HDBaseT receivers for long-distance distribution. Control and integration use HDMI EDID, CEC and RS232 routing to interface with control systems and the WYR-MX-1616-SCL chassis. The card is compatible with the WYR-RX-70-4K receiver for extended reach applications.
