The Tavor 6-O is a pair of 6.5in on-wall powered two-way speakers designed for indoor installations where compact footprint and integrated amplification are required. The active unit contains a built-in amplifier that delivers 2 x 50W RMS and drives the passive speaker directly. The speakers are magnetically shielded and designed to provide clear full-range audio in background music and speech-focused environments.
Key features include a 6.5in polypropylene woofer and a 1in silk dome tweeter, an enhanced bass reflex enclosure and front-panel controls for volume, treble and bass. The active speaker accepts multiple line-level inputs including RCA, 3.5mm mini jack and a balanced terminal block. A 3.5mm line output is provided for an optional subwoofer and a loop output for chaining additional equipment.
Performance specifications include a frequency response down to 45Hz at -10dB and a rated sensitivity of 85dB SPL at 1W/1m. The system achieves a continuous SPL of 100dB and a peak of 108dB, with THD below 0.15% and a signal-to-noise ratio in the 80-90dB range. Directional characteristics are specified with a Q of 7.5 and a directivity index of 8.7dB averaged from 1kHz to 10kHz.
Connectivity and power options support flexible integration into AV systems – the active speaker accepts unbalanced and balanced line inputs and supplies a speaker output to the passive cabinet. The amplifier auto-selects input voltage from 90 to 240V AC and includes an Auto Power standby function that wakes on signal presence. Installation hardware and interconnect cables are supplied to simplify setup and reduce integration time.
Typical use cases include small conferencing rooms, classrooms, presentation spaces and home theater zones where wall-mounted speakers reduce floor clutter and provide stable coverage. The enhanced bass reflex design and controlled dispersion make the pair suitable for speech intelligibility and light music playback.
