The T-REC5-U32/FF is a retractable USB-C cable assembly designed to provide a clean, professional connection point in meeting rooms, classrooms and AV installations. It supplies video, data and power over a single retractable USB-C lead that extends to 1.7m and locks at the chosen length. The unit stores neatly in a low-profile housing to reduce cable clutter and protect the connector when not in use.
Key features include support for 4K@60 video at 4:4:4 chroma, 10Gbps data bandwidth and up to 100W power delivery. The cable uses a quiet, smooth retraction mechanism and an automatic locking system to hold the cable at the required length. The fixed lead and retractable portion are designed for repeated use in shared environments.
Performance details include full 4K@60 resolution support and a 10Gbps data rate to accommodate high-bandwidth USB-C Alt Mode sources. Power delivery up to 100W enables laptop charging while transmitting video and data. The retractable length is 1.7m with a fixed cable stub of 35cm for permanent connection to an under-desk feed or TBUS system.
Connectivity is provided by a USB-C female/female configuration and a fixed male connector as the retractor type requires.
