The SYN-TOUCH10 is a 10.1in LAN-based touchpad IP controller designed to manage AV and room systems. It runs Android 10 and provides a responsive capacitive multi-touch interface for room control. The unit supports PoE+ which simplifies power and network connectivity.
The controller offers two-way device communication and a programmable software environment to customize control interfaces. Users can create macros and scenes to switch inputs, control displays, adjust lighting and operate shades in a single action. Pre-built templates for WyreStorm devices speed deployment and reduce configuration time.
The 10.1in LCD panel features a 1280×800 resolution, 10-point capacitive touch and a 16:10 aspect ratio for clear, touch-friendly layouts. The display delivers 280 nits luminance and a 1500:1 contrast ratio for readable content in typical room lighting. The system runs Android 10 and supports MicroSD and USB 3.0 for configuration transfer.
Connectivity includes 1GbE Ethernet with 802.3at PoE+ for network power and control traffic. The unit also provides a MicroSD card slot and a USB 3.0 Type-A port for configuration files and updates. Mounting options include an adjustable table stand and a wall mount compatible with US and UK/EU back boxes.
This touchpad is suited to meeting rooms, lecture halls and corporate boardrooms where centralized control is required. It enables quick confirmation of device status such as active inputs or muted microphones through two-way feedback. The programmable interface supports brand and logo customization for a consistent room experience.
Installation is simplified by modern Synergy software and pre-built device templates which minimize programming effort. For all shipments shipped via USPS, we offer 'DELIVERY CONFIRMATION' number with each package. Difference between tracking number provided by UPS vs USPS Delivery Confirmation number is: Delivery Confirmation status is updated when the delivery has been made or when the package has made it through major USPS stations.
Air Shipment
Air shipments, Overnight, 2nd day and 3 day select methods offer guaranteed delivery time for your shipment. If you are in hurry or in need for the items on schedule, select one of these methods. Up-to-date tracking information is provided with each Air Shipment. AVProSupply has the right to choose between Air shipments to meet or reduce delivery time. Most items ordered from AVProSupply will be shipped out from our California Warehouse. Will-Calls are only allowed with Appointment Only - Please call Customer Service to set one up between the hours of 9am to 6pm PST.
