The SX82PHU-N is an 8×2 mini-matrix KVM switcher that enables a single operator or two consoles to view and control up to eight DP/HDMI sources. It consolidates keyboard, video, mouse and high-speed USB peripherals while maintaining electrical isolation between connected hosts. This compact unit supports UHD resolutions and standard analog audio to preserve signal fidelity across diverse systems.
Key features include simultaneous routing of up to eight sources to two displays, integrated USB 3.0 peripheral sharing, and analog 3.5 mm audio pass-through. The KVM supports cross-host copy and paste plus file transfer over the KVM links, eliminating the need for network-based sharing. Built-in isolation reduces risk of cross-contamination between systems while sharing peripherals.
Video performance supports up to 3840×2160 at 60 Hz on both inputs and outputs, ensuring native 4K60 workflows. USB connectivity uses Type A console ports and Type B host ports with four USB 3.0 Type A ports exposed at the console for high-speed devices and storage. Power is provided by an external supply and the unit operates within a 35W maximum power envelope.
Connectivity includes two console DP/HDMI outputs, mirrored DP/HDMI computer inputs, USB Type A console ports for keyboard and mouse, USB Type B computer ports, and 3.5 mm stereo audio jacks for analog speaker output.
