The Kramer SWT3-41-U is a 4×1 USB 3.2 switcher that centralizes multiple USB hosts to share room peripherals. It supports two USB-C hosts and two USB-B hosts and provides automatic host switching based on active USB signal detection. The unit is designed to simplify AV collaboration by allowing a single set of cameras, microphones and HID devices to be shared between connected hosts.
Key capabilities include USB 3.2 data switching at up to 10 Gbps, integrated USB hub functionality, and USB-C host power delivery up to 60W when powered by the 20V supply. The switcher supports PoE powering via the LAN port and includes IP-based control, local panel buttons and contact-closure triggers. Auto switch preferences can be configured so the device connects hosts according to last-connected or active-signal rules.
Technical performance is driven by USB 3.2 Gen2 support and a 10Gbps data rate that accommodates high-resolution cameras and multichannel audio devices. The unit integrates an internal USB hub and supports USB device charging up to a total of 2A. Power options include the supplied 20V DC PSU or an optional 12V DC PSU, with PoE available as an alternate power source.
Connectivity includes one RJ-45 LAN port for network management and PoE, one RS-232 3-pin terminal for control integration, and two GPIO contact inputs. Device-level ports include three USB-A device ports and one USB-C device port for room peripherals. The switcher also supports IT-grade 802.1x authentication for secured LAN operation and can be managed via an embedded web page or remote IP control.

The fanless design and compact footprint reduce noise and simplify integration into meeting spaces.
