The SW-0206-VW is a 4K60Hz video wall processor designed to create multi-splice video walls with precise image control and consistent color accuracy. It accepts two HDMI inputs and distributes content across six HDMI outputs to build flexible 2×3 display matrices and other layouts. The processor supports 4K@60Hz 4:4:4 8bit video and advanced scaling to maintain image fidelity across mixed-resolution displays.
Key features include multiple quick video wall modes and a standard customizable grid mode to configure common layouts such as 1×4, 2×2, 3×2, 2×3 and rotated options. The SW-0206-VW supports cascade connections to expand installations up to 6×6 for larger arrays. Bezel adjustment and rotation options provide pixel-accurate alignment across tiled displays.
Technical performance is centered on HDMI 2.0 and HDCP 2.3 compliance, an auto-scaling engine that scales up or down to any output resolution up to 4K@60Hz, and a maximum pixel clock of 600MHz. The unit supports ultra-wide resolutions including 3840×600@60Hz and 5400×1920@30Hz for panoramic signage applications. Video formats supported include 3840x2160p@60Hz and 4096x2160p@60Hz among others.
Audio features include HDMI audio de-embed with a balanced analog output and two-channel PCM analog support. The processor offers audio mute control for all six HDMI outputs and for the independent analog output. Control options include front-panel buttons, a user Web-UI, RS-232 and Telnet to integrate into existing control systems.
Typical applications include digital signage, control rooms, corporate lobbies and conference environments where large-format tiled displays or ultra-wide canvases are required. The SW-0206-VW is suitable for installations that demand HDCP 2.3 secure content playback alongside flexible layout control. It is engineered to fit into rack or shelf installations and to scale as projects grow using cascade connections.
Installation and everyday operation are simplified by a Web-UI for layout configuration and firmware updates, dedicated front-panel layout and lock buttons, and routable RS-232 and Telnet command sets for automation. The compact, rackable enclosure uses a DC 20V/3A power supply and includes multiple international power cord options.
