The SR-4 is a compact universal mounting chassis designed to secure STICK-ON modules to a backboard, wall or other support surfaces. It accepts up to four STICK-ON power amplifiers or up to seven standard STICK-ON modules, providing a neat organized platform for small AV systems. The chassis is built to allow tidy wire routing and simplifies module placement in confined spaces.
Key features include four cable entry ports positioned for flexible cabling, removable hole plugs to cover unused wiring holes and alignment for rear box mounting. The SR-4 also supports TX modules and is compatible with AMS accessories, enabling accessory mounting at the cable entry points. The chassis design provides clear separation between modules for accessible connections and service.
From a technical standpoint the SR-4 provides mounting capacity for 4 STICK-ON power amplifiers and 7 standard STICK-ON modules. Four cable entry ports are provided – two on the bottom and one on each side – to accommodate conduit or accessory mounting. Two rear mounting holes align with an RDL WB-2U or standard double US electrical box for installations requiring rear wire entry.
Connectivity and compatibility are focused on STICK-ON series modules and TX modules, with AMS accessory mounting supported at each cable port. The chassis accepts standard module connectors and leaves ample room for harnessing audio and power wiring. Hole plugs are included to maintain a clean installation when fewer ports are needed.
The SR-4 is suitable for equipment closets, media racks, distributed audio shelves and wall-mounted AV enclosures where space efficiency and organized wiring are required. It provides installers a repeatable mounting solution that keeps modules accessible while maintaining a tidy appearance.
