The SF-NP35E is a PoE++ enabled network audio power amplifier that converts one Dante channel to a mono constant-voltage speaker output. It delivers 35 watts RMS into 70 V or 100 V distributed speaker systems and requires no special configuration software. The unit supports Dante sample rates up to 96 kHz for clean, low-latency network audio distribution.
Key features include built-in PoE++ powering or optional 24 Vdc external supply, an internal VCA for level control, and Class D amplification for high efficiency. The SF-NP35E provides selectable Dante sample rates of 44.1 kHz, 48 kHz, 88.2 kHz, and 96 kHz and maintains 0 dBFS reference equal to 35 W output. The amplifier also includes thermal and short-circuit protection to protect connected speakers and the amplifier itself.
Performance specifications emphasize audio clarity and reliability – frequency response is +0/-3 dB from 50 Hz to 20 kHz, THD+N is under 1% at 1 kHz, and noise floors are below -90 dB at maximum power. The module monitors supply current and automatically limits draw to prevent PoE++ port shutdowns during extreme conditions. Front and rear panel LEDs provide network sync, mute status, port-protect alerts, and Ethernet link/speed indication.
Connectivity is simple via a single RJ45 Dante network connection and a detachable terminal block for the 70 V or 100 V speaker output and VCA control wiring. The VCA accepts a 10 kOhm potentiometer or 0 to 10 Vdc control input and is compatible with RDL wall-mounted remote level controls. No software is required to put the module onto a Dante network when used with standard Dante management tools.
