The RE3-ND76-5L is a handheld UHF wireless microphone set designed to deliver clear vocal reproduction and reliable RF performance. This set combines a dynamic ND76 thread-on vocal capsule, a rack-mount diversity receiver, and an RE3 handheld transmitter so users receive a complete RF solution. It provides a focused cardioid pickup, rugged construction, and selectable transmit power for varied performance environments.

The ND76 capsule features a large Mylar diaphragm tuned for balanced vocal presence and strong off-axis rejection. The head incorporates a 4-point capsule suspension and a tuned pneumatic base to reduce handling noise and mechanical vibration. A Memraflex tight-mesh grille and hydrophobic cloth membrane protect the capsule from physical damage and moisture while preserving acoustic clarity.

The RE3-RX receiver offers half-rack mounting and diversity reception to minimize signal dropouts through automatic selection between two antennas. The receiver supports frequency scanning and wireless sync to paired transmitters, and tuning steps are adjustable in 25 kHz increments. The set operates across the 488 – 524 MHz band (band 5L) with a 36 MHz tuning bandwidth and 1440 selectable frequencies to avoid interference.

The RE3-HHT handheld transmitter accepts the common 1.25 inch diameter, 28 UN-2A thread pitch microphone heads and provides threaded coupling for secure head attachment. It runs on two AA cells – alkaline or NiMH rechargeable – and includes recharging contacts compatible with the optional BC2 charging station. Output power is selectable per band between 10 mW and 50 mW to balance range and regulatory needs.
