The PTC-600G is a 4K PTZ camera engineered for professional live production and broadcast workflows. It captures ultra-high-definition video up to 2160p60 and features a 30x optical zoom lens for long-range framing. The camera integrates AI-based auto-tracking to keep presenters and performers centered without a dedicated operator.
Key capabilities include a 1/1.8 inch Sony CMOS sensor, 30x optical zoom, low-light sensitivity, and natural color reproduction. The PTC-600G supports 12G-SDI and HDMI 2.0 outputs for 4K60 uncompressed signals and simultaneous 3G-SDI for HD workflows. Additional features include PoE++ power, tally LEDs, and advanced pan/tilt mechanics for smooth silent operation.
Technically the camera provides effective 8.42 megapixel imaging, a 0.5 lux minimum illumination at F1.8 with AGC enabled, and an electronic shutter range from 1/30s to 1/10000s. It offers 30x optical and 4x digital zoom for an effective zoom ratio of 31.06x and a 60 degree horizontal field of view at wide angle. The head supports pan 340 degrees and tilt -20 to +105 degrees with up to 255 preset positions.
Connectivity covers HDMI 2.0, 12G-SDI, 3G-SDI, USB-C UVC output, dual XLR line inputs, a 3.5 mm mic input, and a 10/100/1000M RJ45 port supporting 802.3bt PoE++. Streaming and network protocols include RTSP, RTMP(S), SRT, Multicast, ONVIF, FreeD, and NDI|HX3. Control options span IR, Web GUI, RS-422/RS-232, DVIP, VISCA over IP and support for Pelco-D/Pelco-P.
The PTC-600G is suited to auditoriums, lecture halls, houses of worship, corporate events and broadcast studios where operator-free tracking and high-quality 4K output are required. It supports tally front and rear indicators for program and preview status and provides lens distortion correction to preserve accurate visuals for presentations and detailed content. The single-cable PoE++ integration simplifies installations in fixed or semi-permanent deployments.
The camera is built with a metal chassis and precision motor drives to ensure reliable daily operation in professional environments. Firmware updates are available via Web UI or USB 3.0 Type-C to keep features current. Air shipments, Overnight, 2nd day and 3 day select methods offer guaranteed delivery time for your shipment. If you are in hurry or in need for the items on schedule, select one of these methods. Most items ordered from AVProSupply will be shipped out from our California Warehouse. Will-Calls are only allowed with Appointment Only - Please call Customer Service to set one up between the hours of 9am to 6pm PST.
