The PL150 is a compact 2-way bookshelf speaker designed to deliver a broad, natural soundstage for home listening environments. It combines a 6.5in tri-laminate RPF® fiberglass and Kevlar woofer with a 28mm soft dome tweeter to reproduce music and movie soundtracks with clarity and authority. The enclosure is ported to extend low-frequency response and provide balanced bass output.
Key acoustic features include the flat-piston RPF® woofer design and Absolute Phase™ crossover topology which broaden dispersion and preserve phase coherence. These design choices produce a wide listening sweet spot and consistent tonal balance across the frequency range. The speaker achieves a sensitivity of 86 dB and a nominal impedance of 4 ohms to match a variety of amplifiers and receivers.
Performance specifications include a frequency response of 40 Hz – 22 kHz (±3 dB) and a recommended amplifier power range of 10 – 150 W. The 1.125in soft dome tweeter handles high-frequency detail while the 6.5in RPF® woofer provides controlled mid-bass and midrange definition. The ported cabinet and tuned enclosure geometry extend usable bass while maintaining transient accuracy.
Connectivity is provided via gold-plated binding posts compatible with banana plugs, spade connectors, or bare wire, delivering reliable signal transfer and low contact resistance. The removable magnetic cloth grille is black and designed for unobtrusive listening or cosmetic integration. The PL150 meets CE and RoHS standards and is TAA and BAA compliant for government and commercial procurement.
Typical applications include stereo bookshelf systems, nearfield listening in small to medium rooms, secondary channels in home theaters, and desktop audio setups where accurate imaging and a wide sweet spot are desirable. Air shipments, Overnight, 2nd day and 3 day select methods offer guaranteed delivery time for your shipment. If you are in hurry or in need for the items on schedule, select one of these methods.
