The OG-ROI-HDMI is an openGear scan converter designed to convert computer and HDMI sources into 3G-SDI baseband video for broadcast and pro AV systems. This card extracts and scales a user-defined Region of Interest from HDMI computer outputs while preserving image quality. The module fits openGear frames and integrates with facility workflows to deliver synchronized SDI outputs.
Key features include Region of Interest scaling, aspect ratio conversion, image rotation, and frame rate conversion. The card accepts HDMI inputs up to 1920 x 1200p 60 Hz and outputs configurable SDI formats from 525i 29.97 to 1920 x 1080p 60 Hz. Audio embedding supports 2-channel balanced analog inputs or up to 8 channels of HDMI embedded audio so video and audio remain synchronized on SDI.
OG-ROI-HDMI provides precise ROI selection and high quality scaling using AJA algorithms to minimize artifacts and retain sharpness. It converts between deinterlaced and progressive formats and performs frame rate conversion when required. The reference and genlock inputs ensure the SDI output remains locked to facility timing sources.
Connectivity includes HDMI input with direct loop-through to maintain an external monitor feed, SDI outputs, genlock reference input, and analog audio terminal block connections. The modular rear connector module ships with the card and openGear frame Ethernet or optional per-card Ethernet enables configuration via DashBoard. The product is compatible with OGX OG3 and DFR-8321 openGear frames.
OG-ROI-HDMI is ideal for integrating computer graphics, presentation feeds, and display outputs into broadcast and live production environments. Use cases include extracting application windows or UI elements, scaling remote desktop feeds for playout, and embedding computer audio into SDI for downstream routing. The DashBoard interface enables interactive ROI selection and on-screen preview of source and output formats.
The card is hot-swappable and designed for rackframe deployment in multi-card openGear systems to save space and power. DashBoard software on macOS Windows and Linux provides networked control and quick setup of scaling audio routing and reference options. AJA backs the product with a five year warranty and supports redundant power supply options in compatible frames.

UPS Ground
UPS provides up-to-date tracking information. Ground service takes anywhere from 2-7 working days for delivery depending on destinations. UPS Ground does not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.
USPS Priority Mail/USPS Express Mail
For all shipments shipped via USPS, we offer 'DELIVERY CONFIRMATION' number with each package. Difference between tracking number provided by UPS vs USPS Delivery Confirmation number is: Delivery Confirmation status is updated when the delivery has been made or when the package has made it through major USPS stations.
Air Shipment
Air shipments, Overnight, 2nd day and 3 day select methods offer guaranteed delivery time for your shipment. If you are in hurry or in need for the items on schedule, select one of these methods. Up-to-date tracking information is provided with each Air Shipment. AVProSupply has the right to choose between Air shipments to meet or reduce delivery time. Most items ordered from AVProSupply will be shipped out from our California Warehouse. Will-Calls are only allowed with Appointment Only - Please call Customer Service to set one up between the hours of 9am to 6pm PST.
