Description

The NVR-FX08POE-1U16MP1-2TB is an 8-channel rackmount PoE network video recorder designed for professional surveillance deployments. It provides local AI analytics, on-board storage, and 4K display output for centralized video recording and monitoring. The unit is built as a compact blade-style chassis to minimize rack space while delivering full NVR functionality.

Key features include eight PoE camera ports, AI-enabled human and vehicle detection, face recognition, and a 256 Mbps total throughput capacity. The recorder supports cameras up to 16MP and can decode and display up to 4K via the HDMI output. AI features use a private onboard database to keep recognition data local and secure.

Recording options include Smart H.265+, H.265, Smart H.264+, H.264 and MJPEG compression, and resolutions up to 16 MP. The FX08POE includes two SATA III bays supporting up to 16 TB each for a maximum raw capacity of 32 TB. When AI is enabled, effective incoming and recording bandwidth is reduced to 180 Mbps to accommodate analytics processing.

Connectivity includes one 1 Gbps Ethernet port, one HDMI output and one VGA output for local monitoring, and two USB 2.0 ports for backup. The unit is ONVIF compatible and supports IC Realtime remote clients including SmartICRSS v2 and IC View+ mobile app. PoE ports are IEEE 802.3af/at and support auto-initializing cameras for plug-and-play installation.
