The MZ-123BT is a 1U rackmount multi-zone audio mixer designed to deliver independent background music and paging across three discrete zones. It combines music playback routing, announcement paging and local monitoring in a compact chassis suitable for commercial installations. The unit supports Bluetooth pairing for source playback and provides intuitive front-panel controls for daily operation.
Three stereo input channels and three independent zone outputs enable selective routing of audio sources to any combination of zones. Two front mic inputs plus two rear Euroblock mic inputs support announcements and talk-over with automatic attenuation of background music during paging. Front-panel headphone monitoring and per-output volume controls simplify onsite monitoring and level adjustment.
Audio performance is engineered for clarity with 20Hz to 20kHz frequency response and low distortion figures across mic and line paths. Mic preamplifiers offer 39dB gain adjustment and a low equivalent input noise to preserve speech intelligibility. Output ratings reach up to +24dBu and balanced Euroblock outputs include selectable mono/stereo operation for flexible system integration.
Connectivity includes RCA line inputs, a front 3.5mm AUX/Bluetooth input, balanced Euroblock outputs for each zone, and balanced mic inputs via XLR/6.3mm TRS and Euroblock connectors. Bluetooth 4.2 with A2DP and support for SBC AAC and aptX codecs allows wireless playback from mobile devices. A standard IEC AC input supports global 100-240V operation.
Typical applications include retail stores, restaurants, hotels and cafes where independent music zones and paging are required. The MZ-123BT is suitable for background music distribution, live announcements, and simple source mixing across multiple areas. Its compact rack footprint makes it appropriate for constrained equipment racks and wall cabinets.
Installation is straightforward with Euroblock connectors for fixed wiring, a detachable Bluetooth antenna and front-panel controls for pairing and zone selection.
