The M4315-PRO is a 15A power conditioner and managed PDU designed to protect and control AV and broadcast equipment. It provides surge suppression, linear filtration and four isolated outlet banks to minimize noise and prevent cross-contamination between devices. The unit includes BlueBOLT IP monitoring and remote control capability to facilitate centralized management.
Key features include eight individually controllable and programmable outlets, two high-current outlets, and two front-panel programmable reboot buttons for rapid recovery. The unit offers 2700 joules of energy dissipation, a catastrophic surge circuit, thermal fusing and auto-resetting under-voltage and over-voltage shutoff protections. A circuit breaker and power switch are provided for local control and safety.
Technically the M4315-PRO supports a 15 A total current capacity at 120 VAC 60 Hz and a peak impulse current rating of 135,000. The device uses linear filtration across four isolated banks to deliver EMI/RFI attenuation and includes dedicated high-current outlets with separate filtration characteristics. Initial clamping levels and clamping thresholds are specified for both AC and data-line protection to preserve connected equipment.
Connectivity includes LAN surge protection via RJ-45 jacks compatible with 10/100/1000 BASE-T, telco protection via RJ-11 connectors on pins 4 and 5, and universal coax protection using female F connectors that are HD 1080 i/p ready. The unit also provides status LEDs, a volt/amp meter and warning indicators to aid monitoring and troubleshooting on-site or remotely through BlueBOLT.
The M4315-PRO is suitable for AV racks, broadcast racks and IT closets where controlled reboot, power sequencing and noise filtration are required. It is effective for powering media servers, switchers, encoders, distribution amplifiers and other rack-mounted gear that benefit from isolated outlet banks and remote power management. The programmable outlets and reboot features simplify recovery procedures and scheduled power cycles.
Installation is straightforward with removable rack ears included and a full-depth metal chassis for rack mounting. The 8 ft cord, front-panel controls and clear LEDs simplify deployment and operation.
