The KUMO CP2 is a 2RU control panel engineered to provide tactile control of AJA KUMO SDI routers. It delivers an 80-button front panel that enables fast destination-oriented switching without a computer. The unit supports both standalone and networked configurations to suit a wide range of broadcast and AV environments.
KUMO CP2 provides direct control of up to four KUMO routers from a single panel and supports ganged dual and quad port routing control for Dual Link, Quad Link 4K/UltraHD and 8K/UltraHD2 workflows. The panel includes eight salvo buttons per router and an embedded web server for remote configuration and control. Button labels are customizable using removable lens chips for clear identification in dark machine rooms or edit suites.
Technically, the CP2 offers 80 buttons with removable overcaps, high and low tally indication with configurable brightness, and the ability to select up to 64 sources and 64 destinations per router across connected KUMO units. Network configuration is possible via a mini-USB port using AJA eMini-Setup and via the embedded web UI. The design supports redundant power options to maintain uptime in critical installations.
Connectivity includes a 1x RJ-45 10/100/1000 Ethernet port and a mini-USB port for IP configuration. The panel works with KUMO 1604, 1616, 3232, 6464 and their 12G variants, allowing seamless integration with existing KUMO installations. An embedded web server permits remote control from any browser while maintaining the familiar front panel interface for operators.
Typical use cases include mobile production trucks, edit suites, and AV flypacks where a compact, tactile control surface is required. Salvo functionality simplifies repetitive routing tasks by recalling predefined crosspoint sets, and ganged routing enables grouped input/output mapping for multi-link formats. The CP2 can also serve as a cost-effective remote control point for distributed routing systems.
Installation is straightforward via Ethernet or direct RJ45 connections between KUMO units, and KUMO software automatically detects and assigns routers to the panel. The unit is only 1.3 inches deep for easy rack placement and includes options for redundant power supplies. Difference between tracking number provided by UPS vs USPS Delivery Confirmation number is: Delivery Confirmation status is updated when the delivery has been made or when the package has made it through major USPS stations.

Air shipments, Overnight, 2nd day and 3 day select methods offer guaranteed delivery time for your shipment. If you are in hurry or in need for the items on schedule, select one of these methods.
