The 4K Wireless Presentation / Conferencing Hub is a compact gateway that enables wired and wireless presentation and conferencing in meeting rooms and collaboration spaces. It accepts connections from Windows, macOS, iOS, Android and Chrome devices and outputs to HDMI displays at up to UHD 4K resolutions. The unit reduces cable clutter and repeated plugging by centralizing display and USB device capture.
Key features include dual HDMI outputs, USB-C and USB-A capture, dual Gigabit Ethernet ports to separate secure and guest networks, and support for AirPlay, Chromecast and Miracast. The hub supports up to five simultaneous presenters with auto-adjusting layouts and provides USB pass-through for camera, microphone and speaker devices. Security tools include AES-256 and RSA-1024 encryption and administrator controls via a browser-based web page.
Video performance supports selectable 3840 x 2160 output at 30 or 60 fps in 4:2:0 at 10.2 Gb/s and common lower resolutions including 1080p60. Audio from cast devices is de-embedded to the unit’s analog L/R output for integration with room audio systems. The product supports HDCP 2.2 and 1.4 standards to maintain content protection across displays.
Connectivity is broad: three USB-A 3.0 ports, six USB-A 2.0 ports, one USB-C port, two HDMI outputs and an HDMI input, plus dual RJ45 Gigabit Ethernet ports. The hub can function as an access point or be joined to existing networks using Wi-Fi Direct, Wi-Fi Client or LAN connection modes. Included KDPlay auto-launch flash options simplify casting from laptops and mobile devices.
Practical applications include collaborative brainstorming where multiple presenters share content simultaneously, huddle rooms that need quick device handoff and larger conference rooms that require simultaneous mirrored or independent displays. The hub also supports digital signage scheduling and a customizable home screen for branding when the system is idle. Moderator controls and annotation tools support interactive sessions and training presentations.
Installation and daily use are designed for integrators and end users alike. The unit supports CEC and RS-232 display control during boot, power on and power off to integrate into room automation. Physical setup is straightforward with included antennas and a power supply, and administrative configuration is performed through a web interface to manage moderator settings, security and firmware updates.

Air shipments, Overnight, 2nd day and 3 day select methods offer guaranteed delivery time for your shipment. If you are in hurry or in need for the items on schedule, select one of these methods.
