The Virtual Brain1 is a compact control appliance that ships with one instance of Kramer BRAINware preinstalled. It provides centralized control for a single standard space and enables management of AV devices via Ethernet without requiring a physical brain in the signal chain. The unit is designed to simplify room control while retaining full Kramer Control functionality.
Key features include a preinstalled BRAINware license, HDMI I/O, Gigabit LAN and multiple USB ports for local device connections. The device supports cloud-based management via the Kramer Control platform and a drag-and-drop Builder for UI creation and logic configuration. It also accepts standard 12V DC power for easy integration into rack or furniture installations.
Under the hood the Virtual Brain1 runs an Intel Gemini Lake quad-core SOC, 4GB LPDDR4 memory and 32GB eMMC storage. The appliance runs Linux and supports Gigabit Ethernet plus dual-band Wi-Fi for network connectivity. Thermal design uses an aluminum enclosure with a fan and sink to maintain consistent performance under load.
Connectivity includes an HDMI input and an HDMI output, three USB connectors including two USB 3.0 ports, and a single RJ-45 LAN port. Kramer BRAINware enables IP control of scalers, displays, amplifiers, players, sensors, shades and lighting using standard Ethernet protocols and optional control format converters. The unit is compatible with Kramer Control cloud services for centralized space management and customizable user interfaces.
The Virtual Brain1 is suited to boardrooms, huddle rooms, classrooms and digital signage where a compact, managed control appliance is required. It enables installers to deploy a fully functional control solution without installing a separate physical Brain in the control path. The product streamlines system configuration and reduces on-site complexity through the Kramer Control Builder and cloud provisioning.

For all shipments shipped via USPS, we offer 'DELIVERY CONFIRMATION' number with each package. Difference between tracking number provided by UPS vs USPS Delivery Confirmation number is: Delivery Confirmation status is updated when the delivery has been made or when the package has made it through major USPS stations.
Air Shipment
Air shipments, Overnight, 2nd day and 3 day select methods offer guaranteed delivery time for your shipment. If you are in hurry or in need for the items on schedule, select one of these methods. Up-to-date tracking information is provided with each Air Shipment. AVProSupply has the right to choose between Air shipments to meet or reduce delivery time. We offer shipping via USPS/UPS for our international customers. You can find different shipping options during checkout.
Most items ordered from AVProSupply will be shipped out from our California Warehouse. Will-Calls are only allowed with Appointment Only - Please call Customer Service to set one up between the hours of 9am to 6pm PST.
