The IW31-EZ-BK is a compact 3 inch in-wall full-range speaker designed for 8 ohm or distributed audio systems. It provides clear mid and high frequency reproduction between 190 Hz and 14 kHz and a shallow backcan for tight installations. The grille and enclosure are weatherized for indoor and protected outdoor locations.
Key features include a 3.0 inch polypropylene driver with a butyl rubber surround, a six-position tap selector with transformer bypass, and a corrosion-resistant powder-coated aluminum grille. The SpeedWing mounting system secures the speaker to wall thicknesses from 0.1 inch to 1.5 inch and enables fast blind-mount installation. Components are treated for indoor/outdoor durability and UL/CE compliance.
