The GefenToolBox 4×4 Matrix Switcher is a compact HDMI matrix designed to route up to four Ultra Hi-Def sources to four Ultra HD displays. It supports resolutions up to 4K x 2K (3840 x 2160@30Hz) and handles Full HD sources as well. The unit is engineered for reliable AV distribution in environments that require HDCP-compliant signal management.
Key features include Fast Switching Technology (FST) to reduce HDMI authentication delays, full 3DTV pass-through, and 12-bit Deep Color support. The matrix passes lossless multichannel audio formats such as LPCM 7.1, Dolby TrueHD, Dolby Digital Plus, and DTS-HD Master Audio. Front-panel controls, IR remote, RS-232, Telnet/UDP, and a built-in web server provide multiple control paths.
Technically the matrix supports a maximum pixel clock of 300 MHz and handles 3840×2160@30Hz video signals with Deep Color. It maintains lip sync pass-through and advanced EDID management to ensure source/display compatibility. The unit consumes up to 13 Watts and operates in standard AV environment temperatures from 0 to 40 degrees Celsius.
Connectivity includes four locking Type A HDMI inputs and four locking Type A HDMI outputs, an RS-232 DB-9 port, a Mini-B USB port for firmware updates, and an RJ-45 Ethernet port for IP control. An IR sensor and an IR extender jack allow infrared control extensions. The included locking 5V DC power supply secures power connections for permanent installs.
Typical applications include home theater systems, multiroom installations, retail signage, sports bars, education facilities, museums, hospitals, and hotel lobbies where routing of 4K or 1080p HDMI sources to multiple displays is required. The matrix supports both HDMI and DVI endpoints via adapters and is HDCP compliant to protect protected content. Its compact footprint makes it suitable for small racks, AV cabinets, or shelf installations.
Installation is straightforward using HDMI cables for sources and displays, plus Ethernet or RS-232 for control integration. Surface-mountable hardware and a locking power connector help secure permanent installations. LED indicators show routing, FST mode, audio configuration, and EDID settings for rapid troubleshooting and routine operation.

Air shipments, Overnight, 2nd day and 3 day select methods offer guaranteed delivery time for your shipment. If you are in hurry or in need for the items on schedule, select one of these methods.
