The EXP-CAB-USBC-1M is a 1 meter USB-C to USB-C cable designed to carry both high-speed data and video signals over copper. It supports USB 3.2 Gen2x2 Superspeed data rates up to 20Gbps and USB Alt-Mode video. The cable also passes Power Delivery up to 100W to keep connected devices charged during operation.
Key capabilities include Superspeed USB 20Gbps data transfer, USB Alt-Mode video support for high resolution displays, and 100W Power Delivery. The cable supports 1920x1080p at 240Hz plus 4096x2160p at 60Hz in both 4:4:4 10bit and RGB formats. Audio passthrough supports 2ch PCM for basic audio channels over the same connection.
Internally the cable uses a multi-lane core rated for USB 3.2 Gen2x2 to deliver consistent bandwidth for large file transfers and high-bandwidth peripherals such as 4K cameras and capture devices. Data throughput is rated at Superspeed 20Gbps (10Gbps per lane when applicable). Power handling is specified at 20V 5A (100W) to support laptop charging and other PD-capable endpoints.
Connectivity is native USB-C on both ends and supports USB-C Alt-Mode so compatible laptops and mobile devices can output video directly over the cable. The cable is compatible with USB 3.0 and later devices that utilise Superspeed signalling and with WyreStorm USB-C equipped products that provide native PD. Standard USB-C device negotiation handles data, video and power roles automatically.
Typical applications include conference room connectivity, presentation systems, and AV integrations where single-cable data/video/power is required. Use this cable to connect USB-C laptops to presentation switchers, displays, or USB 3.0 cameras while maintaining charging. It also supports fast file transfer workflows in production and AV environments.
Construction combines cast aluminum connector heads and a thick PVC jacket to resist kinks, pulls and daily wear.
