The EVF-1152D/99-WHT is a compact two-way point-source loudspeaker designed to deliver clear, intelligible sound in a small footprint. It pairs a 15in low-frequency transducer with a 3in titanium compression driver mounted to a rotatable 90 x 90 constant-directivity horn. The enclosure is weather-treated and finished in white EVCoat to resist the elements and maintain long-term performance.
Key features include a 15in FEA-optimized woofer, a 3in DH7N titanium compression driver, and a rotatable 90 x 90 CD waveguide that supports arraying in both vertical and horizontal orientations. The integrated passive crossover is set at 1300 Hz and uses 24 dB/octave slopes plus dynamic protection to preserve driver life at high SPL. The system supports switchable bi-amp or passive operation for deployment flexibility.
Performance is tailored for vocal clarity and low distortion with a specified frequency response and high sensitivity. The speaker lists a very linear response from 49 Hz to 21 kHz with +/-2 dB maximum deviation and a calculated peak SPL of 134 dB at 1 m. Continuous power handling is rated at 600 W, program at 1200 W, and peak at 2400 W, with a nominal passive impedance of 8 ohms.
Connectivity is handled via a Euroblock phoenix input panel that accepts up to 10 AWG and offers externally accessible mode selection and optional gland-nut covers for weatherized installations. An available 70.7/100 V transformer kit can be fitted to support distributed systems. Suspension points and optional flying hardware simplify rigging and flown arrays.
This model suits a wide range of installations including houses of worship, theatres, corporate AV systems, and outdoor venues where weather resistance and high SPL are required. The rotatable horn and arrayable cabinet shape let designers control coverage precisely while reducing the number of different loudspeakers required for system builds.
