The EVF-1122D/66-FGW is a 12-inch two-way arrayable point-source loudspeaker designed to deliver high-quality sound reinforcement in both indoor and fully exposed outdoor installations. It combines a 12 inch low-frequency transducer and a 3 inch titanium compression driver on a rotatable constant directivity waveguide. The enclosure is built for long-term outdoor exposure and arrayed system deployments.
Key features include a rotatable 60 x 60 waveguide for controlled directivity, a DH7N 3 inch titanium compression driver, and a DVX3121A 12 inch woofer optimized for low distortion and high efficiency. The passive crossover uses 24 dB per octave slopes and tailored equalization for smooth vocal response and linear off-axis behavior. An externally accessible jumper lets technicians select passive or active operation quickly without opening the enclosure.
Performance highlights include a frequency response of 118 Hz to 18 kHz (-3 dB) and a broader range to 66 Hz to 21 kHz (-10 dB). The system sensitivity is 97 dB and the calculated maximum SPL is 131 dB. Power handling is rated at 600 W continuous and 2400 W peak in passive mode, and the recommended high-pass frequency is 65 Hz with a passive crossover at 1300 Hz.
Connectivity is handled through a weather-capable input panel that accepts a Phoenix-style connector as standard, with optional covers for dual NL4 connectors or gland-nut cable entries. A transformer kit for 70.7/100 V distributed systems can be mounted to the input panel. The enclosure supports typical speaker-level connections and integrates into both low-impedance and constant-voltage systems.
The EVF-1122D/66-FGW is suitable for fixed installations such as outdoor public venues, houses of worship, theme parks, and stadium perimeter coverage where weather exposure and arrayability are required. The trapezoidal enclosure and rigging design allow vertical and horizontal arrays using other EVF and EVH series models to scale coverage and SPL.
